Singapore’s property prices to double by 2030: Morgan Stanley https://www.google.com.sg/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2017/04/13/singapores-property-prices-to-double-by-2030-morgan-stanley.html Marina One Residences Morgan Stanley forecast Singapore home prices should begin to rise in 2018. The bank expected Singapore home prices would double by 2030. It anticipated a larger number of single-person households would drive home sales. The protracted downtrend in Singapore's property market is poised to end next year, with home prices set to double by 2030, Morgan Stanley said in a Wednesday note. "Property market bears expect slower population growth, an ageing population, and a structural growth slowdown to weigh on the long-term property market outlook," the note said. "We disagree and believe home prices will double by 2030." That implies a 5 to 6 percent increase per annum and would mark a reversal from a long downtrend in home prices.

Ingenhoven Architects http://www.ingenhovenarchitects.com/projects/more-projects/marina-one-singapore/description  "Marina One", a high density, mixed-use building complex in the heart of Singapore's new Marina Bay financial district, complements the Urban Redevelopment Authority 's (URA) vision of making Singapore a "City in a Garden". While the outer face of the four towers strictly follows the city grid, the maximised inner space is a free-formed three-dimensional biodiversity garden. This "Green Heart" will be the largest public Plaza in The Central Business District. Openings between the high rises, sky gardens in-between the podium, the elevated towers, as well as the shape itself, improve the air flow and create a comfortable microcli

It is our city’s most exciting and ambitious urban project designed to support our continuing growth as a major business and financial hub in Asia.  The Master Plan for Marina Bay focuses on encouraging a mix of uses – commercial, residential, hotel and entertainment – to ensure that the area is vibrant round the clock.
